will teach you to make top quality wine that you would be proud to serve to
your family and friends.
Ardent Ideas offers are variety of wine
making classes for discerning wine lovers, from beginner level classes, to establishing
a complete home wine making hobby.
Classes are customized for your desires,
skills, and level of entertainment.
Three common class types are listed below. Other options are available.

In
Home Basic Course This class is
for up to eight wine lovers who are curious about wine making and would like
to learn both the history behind wine making and how to make it , BUT are not interested in starting a full fledged hobby
just yet. We bring all
the equipment, supplies, and base juice/musk.
We offer a variety of wine choices depending on the season. We come to
your home four times over six weeks, teaching you each step with wine that
ferments at your home. The steps are
done either by you under our guidance, or by us as
you watch. On the last
night, you will have about 28 to 30 bottles of wine and the knowledge to
begin a wine making hobby if, or when you choose. This class
uses our equipment and no equipment is left with you when the class is complete. The course price is $195 per person,
with a minimum of $780. All class attendees
and anyone tasting the wine must be 21 years of age. |
Special
Occasion or Dinner Party Classes This class is
designed more for entertainment, than instruction. For those you gather socially on a weekly
basis and are looking for something more than just playing cards, this class
offers an in-house course where we guide you through an entertaining set of
four classes, each of about an hour. We bring all
the equipment, supplies, and base juice/musk.
We offer a variety of wine choices depending on the season. We come to
your home four times over six weeks, teaching you each step with wine that
ferments in your home. The steps are
done either by you under our guidance, or by us as
you watch. On the last
night, you will have about 28 to 30 bottles of wine and the knowledge to
begin a hobby if, or when you choose. This class
uses our equipment and no equipment is left with you when the class is complete. The course price is $105 per person,
with a minimum of $630. All class attendees
and anyone tasting the wine must be 21 years of age. |
Full
Hobby Starting Course This class is
designed for detailed instruction for those wishing to start their own wine
making hobby. Classes are more in-depth
and the class takes five sessions over seven weeks. We bring all
the equipment, supplies, and base juice/musk.
We offer a variety of wine choices depending on the season. We come to
your home four times over six weeks, teaching you each step with wine that
ferments in your home. The steps are
done by you under our guidance and assistance. On the last
night, you will have about 28 to 30 bottles of wine, and the equipment and skills
to begin years of home wine making. This class leaves
you with all the equipment when the class is complete. The course price is $1500 and will
teach up to six people ($250 each) All class attendees
and anyone tasting the wine must be 21 years of age. |
